Returns

POLICY

We accept returns on orders only up to 30 days from purchase date.

Customers are responsible for return shipment costs unless items are defective or damaged.

For defective/damaged items
We will refund 100% of your order or ship you a replacement. We may request photos of the defective or damaged boxes. If we request the items be returned to us, we will send you a prepaid shipping label. Flush must be notified of the damage within 5 days from receipt of the order to qualify for free return shipping.

Sale/clearance items and product samples do not qualify for returns.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

1) Send us a message Let us know why you didn’t love your boxes. We’ll do everything we can to make it right.

2) Return in original packaging.

3) Pack your items to survive the return shipping process.

4) Include a receipt/proof of purchase.

5) Cover the original shipping label with prepaid label we provide to you.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received, we will confirm your refund via email.

Refunds will be applied to your original payment method.
