Policy
- We accept returns on orders only up to 30 days from purchase date.
- Sale/clearance items and product samples do not qualify for returns.
- Customers are responsible for return shipment costs unless items are defective or damaged.
- Returned items must be received within 30 days from the date the return label is provided.
- Orders over $100 are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
For Defective/Damaged Items
We will refund 100% of your order or ship you a replacement. We may request photos of the defective or damaged boxes. If we request the items be returned to us, we will send you a prepaid shipping label. Flush must be notified of the damage within 5 days from receipt of the order to qualify for free return shipping.
How To Make A Return

Send us a message Let us know why you didn’t love your boxes. We’ll do everything we can to make it right.
- Return in original packaging.
- Pack your items to survive the return shipping process.
- Include a receipt/proof of purchase.
- Cover the original shipping label with provided prepaid label.
Refunds
- Once your return is received, we will confirm your refund via email.
- Refunds will be applied to your original payment method.
- Shipping amount paid is not refundable.
- Refund issued will be for quantity of unused/undamaged products, less return shipping amount.
