Get Flush™ Loyalty Rewards - Terms of Use

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR PARTICIPATING IN THE FLUSH PACKAGING LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT ACCESS OR PARTICIPATE IN THE FLUSH PACKAGING LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAM.

You agree that we may provide updates, notices, disclosures and amendments to these Terms of Use, and other information relating to the Flush Packaging Rewards program by electronic means, including posting such information and materials online at flushpackaging.com.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

These Terms of Use apply to your access to, and participation in, the Flush Packaging Rewards program in the United States ("Get Flush™ Loyalty Rewards"), which is operated by Flush Packaging. These Terms of Use do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Flush Packaging for other products or services.

CHANGES TO TERMS

Flush Packaging reserves the right to change or modify these Terms of Use or any policy, FAQ, or guideline pertaining to Flush Packaging Rewards, in whole or in part, at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately and may be posted to flushpackaging.com, so please check back from time to time. You waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications, and your continued access to or participation in Flush Packaging Rewards following any such changes or modifications confirms your acceptance. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must stop accessing or participating in Flush Packaging Rewards and notify Flush Packaging in writing at info@flushpackaging.com.

ABOUT FLUSH PACKAGING REWARDS

Flush Packaging Rewards is one way in which Flush Packaging endeavors to reward and thank loyal customers for patronizing our business and purchasing Flush Packaging products. Flush Packaging Rewards members are able to earn and accumulate "Points" that can be redeemed for Flush Packaging Rewards ("Rewards") at flushpackaging.com.

JOINING FLUSH PACKAGING REWARDS

To join Flush Packaging Rewards, visit the Get Flush™ Loyalty Rewards page and follow the prompts to create an account.

When you join Flush Packaging Rewards, you automatically are provided an account with a five hundred (500) point balance.

EARNING POINTS

The Rewards that are available to you through Flush Packaging Rewards are based on the number of Points that you earn. You can earn Points in the following ways:

Signing up for the Flush Packaging Rewards Program. When you sign up and create an account, you will earn five hundred (500) points immediately.
Making a purchase at flushpackaging.com. You will earn one (1) point for every one ($1) U.S. Dollar you spend. Points are calculated based on order subtotal. The subtotal is defined as the price of the order after discounts but before shipping, duties, and taxes.

Flush Packaging, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, may introduce additional ways to earn Points. These can include but are not limited to, leaving a review, sharing a social media post, and referring a new customer. The Points earned for any additional ways to earn Points will be outlined on flushpackaging.com. Flush Packaging reserves the right to change, modify, discontinue or cancel the Points associated with any additional ways to earn Points at any time without any prior notice.

EXCLUSIONS TO EARNING POINTS

You may not earn Points in connection with certain types of promotional programs. In addition, you cannot earn Points on taxes, duties, shipping costs or fees. Points may be earned on applicable purchases made at flushpackaging.com.

Points may not be earned or redeemed on custom orders unless otherwise expressly permitted in writing by Flush Packaging. Custom orders are defined as packaging, goods or services created or offered by Flush Packaging that are not available for purchase by the public and/or available for purchase through flushpackaging.com.

RETURNS

For information about how Flush Packaging handles returns, please read our Return Policy. Your Point balance may be impacted by returns as follows:

For refunds, all Points earned from the order will be deducted from your Point balance.
For partial refunds, the equivalent number of Points will be deducted from your Point balance.
For voided/cancelled orders, all Points earned from the order will be deducted from your Point balance.

For requested returns where a loyalty discount coupon has been applied to the order and/or product being returned, Flush Packaging may, at their sole discretion, void the applied discount on the initial order and return the points redeemed on that order to the customers loyalty point balance.

Flush Packaging reserves the right to adjust refunded dollar amounts for order returns in connection with Point earnings through Flush Packaging Rewards in the event that we suspect unauthorized, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful use of the Flush Packaging Rewards program.

Unless otherwise noted, Points are typically automatically added to your account within twenty-four (24) hours of your eligible purchase.

REDEEMING POINTS FOR REWARDS

Points may be redeemed for rewards that apply to orders placed on flushpackaging.com in the United States. Points can be redeemed for Rewards via Get Flush™ Loyalty Rewards page, customer account page, or website widget.

Flush Packaging reserves the right to remove the Rewards widget at any time. In the absence of the website widget, a customer is still able to earn points as well as view and redeem them from the Get Flush™ Loyalty Rewards page or customer account page. Points may be redeemed for credit only. Points may not be redeemed for cash. Flush reserves the right to add, remove or change any redemption tier at any time. Flush Packaging, in its sole discretion and without prior notice to Member, may change at any time the value of the Points earned by the Member and the number of Points needed to earn a Reward. Rewards may not be redeemed for custom orders as defined in previous sections of these Terms of Use.

The Point redemption tiers for redeeming Points in the United States are as follows:

500 Points may be redeemed for $10 off any purchase subtotal over $100.
2000 Points may be redeemed for $50 off any purchase subtotal over $50.
5000 Points may be redeemed for $150 off any purchase subtotal over $150.

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS OF FLUSH PACKAGING REWARDS

As a Flush Packaging Rewards member, you may be eligible for the following additional benefits:

Personalized offers and coupons. Special offers may be distributed by email. You may be required to opt-in and activate special offers. In order to receive and activate personalized special offers distributed via email, you must opt-in to receive promotional and marketing offers from Flush Packaging and you may be required to provide a valid email, telephone and physical address. Special offers may be customized based on your purchase behaviors and preferences and may include periodic discounts on Flush Packaging products or the opportunity to earn Bonus Points. Special offers may have certain restrictions, including expiration dates and short, time-limited redemption periods. Special offers are personal to you and cannot be shared, copied or transferred. Read each offer carefully for specific details, expiration dates, and limitations and restrictions.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION YOU SHOULD KNOW

There are no participation or membership fees associated with Flush Packaging Rewards. Points accrued in connection with Flush Packaging Rewards are promotional and have no cash value, are non-negotiable, and cannot be redeemed either in whole or in part for cash. In addition, your redemption of Points accrued in connection with Flush Packaging Rewards cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts, unless otherwise expressly indicated in writing by Flush Packaging.

Your Points, Rewards, Flush Packaging Rewards account are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with, family, friends, businesses or others, or used by you for any commercial purpose. You may have only one (1) Flush Packaging Rewards account that is personal to you or your business. Points are void if sold or exchanged for cash or other consideration or if otherwise received or used in violation of the Terms and Conditions herein.

Without notice to you, Flush Packaging reserves the right to suspend the Flush Packaging Rewards account registered to your account and/or terminate your account and/or your participation in Flush Packaging Rewards if Flush Packaging determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms of Use or that the use of your Flush Packaging Rewards account is unauthorized, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful. Flush Packaging may, in its sole discretion, suspend, cancel or combine Flush Packaging Rewards accounts that appear to be duplicative. In the event that your participation in Flush Packaging Rewards is terminated, all accrued Points and Rewards in your account are void.

Flush Packaging reserves the right to change, modify, discontinue or cancel Flush Packaging Rewards or any part of the Flush Packaging Rewards program, at any time and in its sole discretion, without notice to you.

The Program has no predetermined termination date and may continue until such time as Flush Packaging, at its sole discretion, elects to designate a program termination date. Members may cancel participation in the Program and/or request to be removed via mail by notifying the Program Administrator at Flush Packaging, 2107 Wisteria Ln.
