Finding The Right Box

No problem, we’re here to help! Send us a message and be sure to include a link to the vessel you’re using or provide a photo along with the height and widest diameter. We’ll take a look and let you know which product we recommend. If it doesn’t fit into any of our current products we can also look at doing a custom project and creating boxes for your container!

Just go to the product page of the box you wish to try and click the “order a sample” button. All samples ship for free!

You can order up to 5 different samples, all with free shipping!

Shipping costs for all Flush orders are a direct pass-through. For some product lines in smaller quantities, we pre-fold the boxes in order to get into a smaller parcel and save you on shipping costs.

Depending on the product and amount you’ve ordered, they can be prepared differently in order to go into the smallest parcel possible and save you on shipping costs. Most orders are sent flat, unfolded and strapped together in increments of 10, 15 or 25 units depending on the product and amount of units ordered.

All orders under 1,000 units are typically processed and shipped out from our warehouse in Paso Robles, CA within 1-2 business days.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number for your order.

If you haven’t received an email within 2 business days of your order, please send us a message and a member of our team will respond right away.

FedEx and USPS occasionally mis-mark shipments as delivered. When this happens, orders usually tend to arrive within 2 days after the date they’ve been marked “delivered”. But if you've waited 2 days and your order still hasn't arrived, send us a message along with your order number and we’ll make it right!

With FedEx as our primary and best priced logistics carrier, our website will not allow for shipping to PO boxes (except for product samples). If you need to receive your order at a PO box, send us a message.

Right now we’re only able to ship to addresses within the United States. If needing to receive your order outside of the US or in a US Territory, there are 3rd party freight forwarders available that can provide you a US address suitable to use as your shipping address.


Yes! You can customize any of our current products in any color or design you want! Minimum order quantities for custom print and color start at around 1,000 units. Send us a message for pricing and to learn more.

We would certainly like to think so! We put all our boxes through rigorous drop testing above and beyond ISTA standards. We design and engineer all our boxes to handle above normal abuse from logistics carriers, but corrugated cardboard can only take so much... We don’t recommend throwing the boxes from airplanes, skyscrapers or letting Ace Ventura handle your boxes.

Flush boxes are a premium to a typical stock box you would find online. But where the value is unlocked is in the savings from not needing to purchase and use any filler materials like bubble wrap and packing peanuts as well

Our shipping boxes are uniquely designed specifically for each vessel type. This means your products will be held in place perfectly and without movement that would otherwise cause damage during shipping.

Most customers also see dramatic decreases in their damage rates resulting in a large savings of no longer needing to replace products and pay for additional shipping.

Most customers that switch over to Flush boxes fall into one of two categories. Either they are using a larger than needed box to accommodate all the filler materials to safely ship their product (paying high shipping rates) or they are using smaller boxes with less filler material and encountering regular breakage when shipping orders (high replacement costs).

All our boxes are designed to never require any additional filler materials while reducing damage and have the smallest dimensions possible in order to safely get your products to your customer. Most customers see savings of dollars per shipment in shipping costs when transitioning to Flush shipping boxes.

Nope! Whether you need 1,000 boxes or 100,000 boxes, we have volume rates available for all product lines above those listed on the site. Just send us a message and let us know the products you’re interested in and we’re happy to send over volume rates for any amount needed.

We hate the feeling of placing an order only to get an email a few days later offering a lower price for the products we just ordered. We want to make sure we’re always offering the best price so you don’t have to worry about timing your order with a seasonal sale. We want you to feel confident that when you order your boxes, you’re getting the best price and ordering when YOU need them.

We’re always looking to improve and customer feedback is a huge driver of making us and our products better! When we release an updated version of a product, we’ll occasionally put the previous generation of products on sale in our Sale/Clearance section here.

At the moment there are two ways you can earn Points:

  • Sign up for an account with us to get 500 Points automatically. No joke!
  • Place a product review, get 100 points.
  • For every dollar spent on product not including tax or shipping, you'll receive one Point. This is the best way to earn Points with us that rewards you as you grow your business while using Flush packaging!

There are currently three ways to view your Point balance:

  • Log into your Flush account to view Point balance within your customer dashboard
  • Visit the Flush Rewards Page to log-in and view your Point balance
  • Use the widget on the bottom-left of your screen to view your Point balance

It's super easy! There are two ways:

  • Head to our Loyalty Rewards page to log into your account. Under "Ways to redeem" click a reward based on the amount of Points you'd like to spend. A code will be generated that can be used at checkout!
  • Use the widget on the bottom-left of your screen to view your Point balance and redeem your reward!

Unfortunately, Points cannot be used in combination with any other promotions or discount codes.

No worries at all! Please contact us and a member of our team will help fix this immediately.

We'll reload your utilized Point balance back onto your account. Similarly, any Points earned from an order that is completely returned, partially returned, or cancelled will be deducted from your point balance.
