We accept orders every day. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Order processing takes place Monday-Friday. Orders received over weekends/holidays are processed the following business day. If there are any delays with fulfilling your order, we will contact you in a timely manner. All orders ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS from our warehouse in Paso Robles, California. We reserve the right to choose to ship with any carrier regardless of which carrier is selected at checkout, without prior notice.
If you select the local pickup option during checkout, please allow 1-2 business days for preparation of your order. We will contact you via email to schedule a day and time for you to pick up your order at 2107 Wisteria Ln. Paso Robles, CA 93446 – pickups are by appointment only. If you change your mind after placing your order and would like your order shipped, please send us an email with your order number to info@flushpackaging.com and we will send over a payable invoice for the shipping amount of your order. Orders will not ship until the full balance of the order, shipping cost and any applicable taxes is received. If we are unable to reach you and a pickup has not been scheduled within 30 days of the date of order placement, Flush reserves the right to cancel your order and issue a refund less a 20% restocking fee of the order total amount to the card used for checkout.
Our goal is to make sure you love your new packaging. That’s why we offer free shipping on samples of all our products to allow you to test fit and try out a box to make sure you love it before placing an order. You can order up to five different samples and Flush will pay for the shipping! We understand that you may need additional samples for testing and kindly ask that use our samples as they are intended – as a risk free way to try out our products. If placing a sample order for a product you’ve already sampled, Flush reserves the right to cancel the sample order or remove products from the order that have already been sampled and refund the amount paid for the duplicate products.
