Heeva Asefvaziri is the Founder and CEO of Flush Packaging

Heeva Asefvaziri, CPP

Heeva started Flush in 2019.

He studied Industrial Technology and Packaging at California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo where he currently serves on the Packaging Advisory Board within the Orfalea College of Business.

He is a Certified Packaging Professional (CPP) who has spent 13 years developing structural packaging.

With a reputation as a trusted structural packaging designer throughout Southern California, Heeva has remained a go-to resource for hundreds of companies who demand robust, repeatable product protection they can count on for growth.

He has a passion for extrapolating the same care and attention that Fortune 500 companies receive to small e-commerce businesses around the US.

Randy Baudendistel is the Managing Partner and CFO of Flush Packaging

Randy Baudendistel

Randy is a seasoned senior executive who has spent his career building and scaling businesses.

He attended San Jose State University’s College of Engineering in Silicon Valley.

Prior to joining Flush, Randy worked in private aviation where he built and overhauled operations and finance strategies for domestic and international companies.

Randy brings with him a passion for high-touch customer service and experience in strategic planning, product marketing, and operational excellence.

He's currently working hard to break his addiction to Patagonia vests.
