Deliver your best impression
With 10+ years of protective structural packaging design experience, our team will work with you to create the perfect shipping box for your application and budget
Let's create a Flush box just for you
Packaging shouldn’t just be a boring cardboard box or necessary evil to get your product from A to B.
Great packaging elevates your brand and reflects the time and effort you’ve put into honing your product. Choosing the right packaging is an opportunity to add value, not be viewed as a "sunk cost".
First impressions matter. Don’t ruin yours with a generic box that looks plain and doesn’t perform. Custom packaging is no longer just for Fortune 500 companies.
Through design, our team will dial-in the most crucial components of packaging that are responsible for keeping your shipping costs to a minimum and directly impacting your bottom line.
Send us a message to find out how we can create a one-of-a-kind unboxing experience with packaging that can stand up to even the most disgruntled delivery driver.
Ditch the bubble wrap. Get Flush.

Design
Evie Olive Oil needed a sturdy, standalone shipping box for their fragile olive oil bottle.
-
Insert
While utilizing our standard approach with this insert design, we added a self-locking, multi-layer pad that adds additional cushioning to the top of the bottle. When placed on top, it sits Flush with the top of the box and features natural relief areas that allow for easy unboxing.
-
Print
A simple one-color, one-sided print within minimal ink coverage. White ink serves as a nice contrast to the natural kraft brown.
-
Print
This shipping box was printed with two colors. The random placements of orange dots crates a free-flowing look .
-
Unboxing
An attached insert is used to help retain the products of varied height . A pull tab creates a simple unboxing experience.
-
Vessels
We designed this shipping box to safely pack two different types, which created a modular solution based on different product combinations.
-
Design
The objective was to create a protective, robust shipping box while maintaining a clean and beautiful unboxing experience for this candle gift set.
-
Print
The box and insert are printed with a single color on white liner. A scatter-print design was used on both the inside of the box and insert.
-
Detail
A close-up reveals the clarity achieved through the flexographic print process.
-
Design
A 3-pack shipping box for handmade candles that doesn't require any additional filler materials.
-
Unboxing
A unique approach to using white liner on the inside of the box, where traditionally this would be used as the outside liner. A pleasant surprise during unboxing.
-
Detail
Within each cell, a unique note was spaced and printed for each cell and printed on the bottom insert piece.
-
Project
Our local friends at Yes Cocktail in Paso Robles needed a 3-pack shelf-ready retail box for their bitters-infused cocktail cubes.
-
Design
The outer box maintains a band of material that serves as both a great surface for print as well as retaining the product while maintaining high shelf visibility.
-
Insert
The insert features an integrated raised floor and locks into place when inserted into the box so that it can't fall out during unboxing.
-
Design
Assembly Hospitality set out to create a multi-product shipping box that needed to safely ship a water bottle, two jars, and a book.
-
Print
The box and insert was "flood coated" black to achieve a uniform, dark look across all components.
-
Insert

-
Design
Dilo Home tasked us with creating a unique, eye-catching discovery set for the launch of their beautiful candles.
-
Insert & Handle
During assembly, the dividers lock underneath the rollover flaps of the box which makes for a clean unboxing with no loose pieces. The handle hinges from the front lip of the box and slides through an opening within the lid.
-
Print
Although subtle, there are many colors used here. The box is printed only on one side although it appears to be printed on both. A nice illusion credited to clever artwork placement.
-
Design
Bella Goose Coffee tasked us with creating a sturdy 2-pack retail box for their housemade coffee syrups.
-
Insert & Handle
The divider locks underneath the rollover flaps of the box so that it stays in place during unboxing.
-
No Print
In lieu of adding any printing to this box, we focused on sizing a generous product window that draws focus to each label. It is important to note that custom print can always be added for future manufacturing runs.
-
Approach
We were tasked with creating a simple, single-piece corrugated box that needed to provide enough protection so that it can be safely combined with other products within a shipment. A black barcode was printed on one end of the box and the remaining graphics were printed with white.
-
Detail
Added contouring on the lid of the box provides a bit of character during unboxing. Box is sized so that there is no product movement when packed.
-
Design
Lovett Sundries needed a protective shipping box for their cast iron conditioning products made with 16 oz straight sided squat glass jars.
-
Print
Both the box and insert were printed with a single color (black). Clever print placement on the insert's tear tab draws attention to this area for their customers during unboxing.
