My order was received within a reasonable time frame, and in excellent condition.
I was slightly disappointed with the lack of instructions for putting the box parts together. I don't "do" QR codes! There were no additional instructions in the paperwork. [For me, putting this box system together was not intuitive.]
Guess what? The Flush website contains videos for putting the box system together! I followed the instructions that applied to my purchase. It turns out that the assembly is really quite simple!!
I have since completely encased six 32-oz ball jars. [Two box systems.]
There is no movement of the contents; the contents are very snug within the box system. I have full faith that the contents will arrive at their destination unscathed!
The package arrived so organized and easy to use! I was surprised the time was taken to make sure I completely understood how to put each package together and there was even a handwritten note!
THESE ARE THE REAL DEAL! Although these boxes are kind of expensive for a small home canning business, I am very satisfied and trust that if I need to ship jars, Flush packing will get the job done without any broken jars in transit. I ordered this box to ship raw honey packed in Kerr regular-mouth quart jars. While I was tempted to send this quicker than UPS Ground shipping (I actually wanted 2 or 3-day UPS Select), I HAD to test if UPS Ground would actually get my shipment to my recipient without a broken jar just like the advertising videos and claims on the Flush website promised. Sure enough, my jars arrived in perfect condition and I 100% recommend this box to anyone looking to ship their jars without worry. The boxes are sturdy and the pockets for the jars ensure that if there are a few bumps along the way in transit that the jars will be unharmed. Shipped from Washington state to southern California without issue. Definitely recommend this product to anyone!
I user this box to ship fancy homemade candles from Nebraska to New Queensland, Australia. They arrived in perfect condition, even after taking 3 weeks to arrive.
